T. H. Sellers Metal Roofing, Incorporated (THSMR) was chartered in the State of Texas as an ‘S’ Corporation 19 September 1995. The charter number is 01370885-00 with a state sales tax number 74-2759886.  THSMR is a tested and certified Texas Department of Insurance Windstorm roofing company.

THSMR is owned by Terence H. Sellers who specializes in the installation of double locking standing seam metal roofing systems.  Having completed six years of installing metal roofing systems for a San Antonio contractor, Terence purchased his initial panformer and associated equipment from ESE Machines, Exton Pennsylvania as well as equipping his own shop to do all of his custom metal fabrication.  Terence now has four panformers trailer mounted, allowing each roofing panel to be custom fabricated for each specific section of the roof at the job site to insure proper length and coverage.  Each roofing system is designed and calculated to fit an explicit roofing need. 

In March of 2005, THSMR’s double locking standing seam metal roofing system was tested by Force Engineering & Testing in Humble, Texas for Windstorm Certification in accordance with the International Building Code of 2003 (UL 580 & UL 1897).  The results of the pressure and wind chamber tests were submitted to the Texas Department of Insurance for their certification.  Windstorm Certification for hurricane-strength winds was granted 7 July 2005.

THSMR is a small specialty business with $2,000,000 of commercial general liability insurance that has completed a significant number of commercial projects as far south as the Rio Grande Valley, as far north to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and as far east as the Houston-Galveston areas. These projects have consisted of hotels, banks, medical centers, churches, government offices, professional buildings, apartment complexes, and shopping centers.  Certified windstorm projects have been completed in the Houston area, Galveston, Port Neches, and Corpus Christi.  New homes, re-roofs, and historical restorations continue as Terence’s primary interest of roofing projects.  THSMR has a proven performance record and has been a member of the San Antonio Better Business Bureau since 1996.
