Equipments We Use - Rolling Mill by ESE Machines

ESE Machines offers the finest, high-quality, operator-friendly Rolling Mill on the market. This new Rolling Mill package will transform the metal roofing industry by moving the process of forming metal panels to the jobsite from the production facility. The Rolling Mill includes the panformer, guillotine cut-off shear, stiffening ribs, remote limit switch and crane lifting eyes; a 3000 lbs. capacity decoiler with lifting chain; a double-lock power seamer, adjustable 1"-1 ½"; and a hand seamer.

• Easy access shear is located at the end of the machine with replacement segments of the cutting blade. Shear is infinitely adjustable for any panel widths, 12" to 24".
• Forming rollers are pre-set, stainless steel. All forming stations are free wheeling and help prevent scuffing on painted material and eliminate galvanized build-up.
• Four sets of rubber-covered drive rollers, 10" long, provide added traction with less pressure and help eliminate oil canning.
• Rollers for stiffening ribs are infinitely adjustable. They can be inserted and adjusted in minutes or disengaged without removing the coil material from the panformer.
• Entry guide with easy access, independently adjustable. Pre-set markings for various panel configurations.
• 2 HP 110V clutch motor for production at a rate of 50 feet per minute.

• Panel size can be completely changed in less than 10 minutes.
